Miller describes to Vanity Fair the process by which the Pajama People destroyed her
LOL...I am chuckling at this sentence. But, regardless of what this Slate writer claims -- it is true the left wing blogs did not like Judith Miller, and didn't let a day go by without posting that.

She's full of it. We still don't know who the source of "valerie flame" is.
Ms Miller is the only one with secrets on this issue at this point. And the rest of the liberal media is seemingly uninterested. They have libby in their sights.

The bloggers were without editing, without a way for people to understand what was good, what was well reportedto distinguish between the straight and the slanderous. Things would get instantly picked up, magnified, and volumized.
Sounds like the coverage on the WOT.

Give her a break. Just who do these bloggers think they are? It's the job of the mainstream media to destroy people.

Why, without Miller and her ilk to distill the information,
the drooling masses were liable to believe anything...
No editors, oh the horror! Oh the humanity!

LOL...I realize it seems hard to believe that a NYT reporter would claim to believe she is the David" and the little people the "Goliath" in this matter. But it is true she very much disliked, even when she was in jail, by every leftwing blog I read. She got no sympathy from them at all!

The bloggers were without editing...
Blogs are self-editiing. If someone blogs a lie or a story incorrectly, an army of "editors" expose it -- sometimes within minutes!!
The blogospere is no inbred like the Antique Media.

the bloggers not only poisoned her relationship with the Times brass but also with her colleagues, who, she says, "believed what they read on the blogs.""My colleagues are gullible idiots." - J. Miller
