I agree that this is an attack on civil liberties, but how can you answer the counter-argument that smoking damages other people's health and is therefore not a private choice?

Smoking will no longer be center stage once the avian flu pandemic arrives.
Folks won't even be able to detect the odor of nearby cigarette smoke after they've dawned their obligatory, full faced, carbon filtered respirators before going out doors.

...Don't shop in the city of Calabasas. Drive a little further down the road shop in Augora, Hidden Hills, or Woodland Hills...There isn't really much shopping available in Calabasas, and as for Hidden Hills...I don't think they have ANY place to shop.

That is not all if you witness a smoker in the act and don't report them you are guilty of aiding and abiding which holds the same punishment regardless of how you feel about smoking.
