Prince Charles, addressing a small business group in London, called climate change a bigger danger than terrorism.
The heir to the British throne urged business to take advantage of technology to become more energy efficient. He was speaking at a meeting of the Confederation of British Industry, The Scotsman reported.
The prince quoted John Coomber, a director of an organization that assesses risk who called global warming the number one risk in the world, ahead of terrorism and demographic change.
'I think he has got a point,' Prince Charles said.

Prince Charles may not be an Infidel. - tom
In a 1997 Middle East Quarterly article titled "Prince Charles of Arabia," Ronni L. Gordon and David M. Stillman looked at evidence that Britain's Prince Charles might be a secret convert to Islam.
They shifted through his public statements (defending Islamic law, praising the status of Muslim women, seeing in Islam a solution for Britain's ailments) and actions (setting up a panel of twelve "wise men" to advise him on Islamic religion and culture), then concluded that, "should Charles persist in his admiration of Islam and defamation of his own culture," his accession to the throne will indeed usher in a "different kind of monarchy."

Monarchies produce great minds like this.
And here I thought it was the in-breeding.

I agree. Maybe the Prince will give up his Bentley.
This guy married Dianna(sp?).
Funny thing I saw during Halloween several years ago on the Purdue campus.
Somebody walking around with in crash test dummy uniform and a Princess Dianna(sp?) mask.

Britain has Prince Charles and his Bride Carmella. They worry about the same stuff John Kerry worries about. Here in the US We have Charles Prince and his bride Walmarti of Mud Springs, WV. They voted for Robert Byrd for President. He don't thank globular warmin' is any big thang.

Hmmmm...seems to me that centuries of 'royal inbreeding' and these resultant products are a much worse imperilment to civilization

Prince Charles please stick to doing prince work and leave the thinking to those who can.

Another complete imbecile. I wonder if he would feel the same way if the terrorists were to mushroom cloud London? I know it's global warming on a small scale, but Charles won't be worrying about the big picture anymore. It just shows how out of touch Hollywood and the elites of the world are.

I really am not too surprised, people have a tendency to think they are so powerful they can change mother nature. To paraphrase Chucks mum, "she is not amused"

Cap'n, these assertions have long been a concern of mine. While not wanting to sound a little 'tin foiled hat' responder, I've often wondered about the 'promises' of the global ruling class as to whom would be exempt from the world governing laws.
In other words, only the elite.
It's Friday, payroll is done, going for a glass of pinot grigio. You've been around for a long time I see. Please humor me and have a good weekend.
