I consider the shooters' behavior to be rude and inconsiderate. If if was me doing the shooting, I would ASK my neighbors before shooting, and either not do it if it bothered them, or try to arrange an agreed upon time when it would cause the least amount of disturbance.

The 2nd Amendment stops when the noise invades the neighbors'homes.

The McMansion dwelling suburbanite wussies can stick it where the son don't shine. Let them build sound-absorbant fencing around their own property if they don't like it.

The Second Amendment, the First Amendment, and the Tenth Amendment are not voided by "noise." If this were the case, I could have my neighbors arrested for the loud chainsaw that would wake me at 6AM when I was a kid.
