Editor's Note: The controversial claim that Osama bin Laden was cooperating with Saddam Hussein is an ongoing matter of intense debate. While the assertions contained in this document clearly support the claim, the sourcing is questionable — i.e. an unnamed Afghan "informant" reporting on a conversation with another Afghan "consul." The date of the document — four days after 9/11 — is worth noting but without further corroboration, this document is of limited evidentiary value.)

Right! The editor's note is pure commentary.

Weak sourcing didn't bother the media news outlets when the CBS forged-but-true ANG document just "surfaced".

Their hypocrisy is sickening.

Right on! I think the establishment media is trying to provide a little bit of cover for the moon bats. I think there are a lot of anti-war protesters who are going to owe President Bush an apology. What was it that Janeane Garofalo said that she would do if proved wrong? Something about crawling on broken glass begging for forgiveness or some other such silliness?
