So for a variety of reasons, American citizens may one day be paying global taxes against their will. Exactly! First we need to close the borders and secondly the UN can do all the taxing and posturing it wants from Easter Island. There have been great discussions here about the USA being once an isolationist nation or not - but the UN is reason # 1 that we ought to be - or at least cut way back on our availablilty and assistance to the rest of the world.
