While some have generously implied that my screen name has something to do with my "digging for information," the story is a lot more pedestrian... when trying to register here, every screen name I had on other boards was already in use.

I happened to be welding brackets on my backhoe that day, and in frustration, I entered "backhoe" as a screen name.

Viola!, as them Frogs say- I was in!

And in retrospect, I wish all along I had merely used my proper name like Fran Porreto and Jeff Head do, and let the chips fall where they may- the "anonymity" of the internet is illusory, anyway.
