The president addressed an audience in Silver Spring, MD, on the benefits of Medicare prescription drug benefit.
Members of Congress met with Bush on his upcoming legislative agenda. Many of the major stock indexes have hit 5 year highs; the Dow Jones 30, the SP 500 included.
Bush attended the Hungarian Celebration of Contributions to Democracy, marking the 50th year since the Hungarian revolution.

One of the DC Chapter FReepers said they have learned of a few (from lurking on "those other sites") FReepers that have been here for three years. As you said, they were sleeper cells, but appear to be coming out of the woodwork lately.

I noticed that about the port threads. I finally quit reading them. Sometimes I just can not take the hatred that is thrown at our President.
Yes, I do try and defend him, but the hate and vitriol that is thrown around really gets me down sometimes. I keep the list right next to my 'puter.
