Actually O'Reilly's idea of punishment is hard labor for the rest of one's life. This would be better than the death penalty. Humane Death is too easy.
If the punishment were swift, I'm all for it. But did you all know that people on death row are treated so much better than the general prison population? It makes me sick to think that not only will it be decades before this guy dies, but those 20 years will be relatively easy on him is even worse.
