This was in November 2005. I think that Mexican Presidente Obrador and Hugo Chavez will be able get along much better.

I am surprised the communistic Venezuelan regime did not try to blame the U.S. first - it would have been more in line with what they have done in the past. Something along the lines of "The evil capitalistic U.S. has driven a wedge in the relationships between two great countries" would have been more in line with the usual propaganda they usually spew.
