How does Feingold intend to PROVE it's illegal?
I don't think that Feingold thinks he has to PROVE anything...
I am sure that he comes from the school that teaches if you accuse someone long enough of wrongdoing, you can convince the multitudes it was wrong!!
It seems to work more often than not...especially in the dem party.
