I don't think that Feingold thinks he has to PROVE anything...
I am sure that he comes from the school that teaches if you accuse someone long enough of wrongdoing, you can convince the multitudes it was wrong!!
It seems to work more often than not...especially in the dem party.
So he thinks he can just SAY it on the floor of the Senate and get a censure?

Feingold is a gutless liberal. If the Republicans had any backbone they would take up the issue and bring it to a floor vote and get the Democrats on record.
