What is lawfully required to impeach a president? How about Article x against Johnson?
PUKE PING!
Articles of Impeachment against George W. Bush, President of the United States, 2007:
Article One: That he permitted Vice President Cheney to report his hunting accident first to a hick town newspaper rather than to the Newspaper of Record.
Article Two: That he mispronounced the word "nuclear," thereby bringing ridicule on the United States.
Article Three: That he failed to attend annual conventions of the NAACP.
(I'm not a lawyer...the actual wording may be a little different. These aren't actually much different from the kinds of items cited in the impeachment of Andrew Johnson in 1868.)
How about FACTS a$$hole...that's what's necessary to impeach a president.
