What's Joe's wartime strategy?He's going to put pressure on folks (doesn't say who) by talking to them. He also says the President should be on a plane, doesn't say to where. I guess he missed the recent trip to Afganistan, India and Pakistan. I'm pretty sure the President used a plane to get there.
