It is new to me :-). My respect for Scalia continually grows. What a tasty little bon mot.
Well if you form any strong impressions let me know. I usually stay aways from Current Events. Historian's bais. Too much passion, too little reason in most of them but was rather surprised by what I heard about it.

But a Homeland Security official told TIME there is a "big, gaping hole" in vetting workers--at ISS and other firms--for access to ports.

I'm sorry I was not questioning you. Just feel better knowing Cboldt or someone trustworthy has confirmed it. So much has been misquoted, misstated and misreported, it smells when something is just too patly inline with one groups particular PR spin.
I've just seen that Inchcape Shipping Services (have to check, but I think it is majority Dubai owned) is involved in handling massive volumes of international freight.
