Reading the threads here it appears that there are quite a few fools who believe that it would be a good idea.

Besides your own accusation of some sort of guilt, there are others here who have advocated the expulsion of U.S. born Citizens, simply because of their religion.
Some fools here have actually nade statements to the effect that " They can't be REAL Muslims, since REAL Muslims want to kill infidels". How and why would moderates want to join with people who are so blockheaded ?

How about you go away and do some reading before you judge others as fools. People appeased Adolph Hitler and there was a global war. Hilter was not stopped until people such as Churchill ended the appeasement. Terrorism has thrived for more than 30 years because, as some worthy scholars have pointed out, terrorists get their way as the west (and Europe in particular), gives in to them. In fact leftist regimes such as West Germany under Willie Brandt, were happy to release murdering terrorists. It seems that you, unlike the people in this thread, would continue the appeasment upon which terrorism breeds. And if there are moderate Muslims out there, it is time they spoke up and disassociated themselves from advocates of jihad. End of story.

Pretty easy to prove someone a fool when they present themselves as the authority as to who belongs to some other religion.
You don't give in to terrorists, you dispose of them, fools don't identify their targets first.

... and you will protect them from the terrorists ? Many fools here have even advocated the expulsion of American Citizens based soley on their religion.

ANY RELIGION, MUSLIM OR OTHERWISE, THAT ENDORSES SUICIDE BOMBING, THE KILLING OF INNOCENT CIVILIANS SUCH AS IN 9/11 AND BALI, IS WRONG AND ANY MEMBER OF THAT RELIGION WHO FAILS TO DISASSOCIATE THEMSELVES FROM SUCH ATROCITIES IS A THREAT TO HUMANITY. But you have started with a wrong assumption, my friend, I could care less if Islam holds any truth. Nor do I give one whit about it's nature.
My concern is that we concentrate on the fanatics involved in it and dispose of them. To do otherwise will simply bog us down in social and economic conflicts that will keep us from accomplishing our goals.

Bin Laden wanted (wants) to be the match that starts the world-wide war that he feels Alah win allow the Muslims to win. His miscalculation is that it did NOT become the conflagration he expected.
Many here want to throw gas on the fire, even to the point where Natural-Born Americans should be stripped of their citizenship and expelled because of their religion. THIS could very well give Bin Laden the fire he wants.
There are 3 million Muslims in this country, and the incidents involving them are less then a single night of the Rodney King riots, so just how is it that they are not playing nicely ?
