It's important for recruiters to have continued access to colleges

The Supreme Court's smackdown of the liberal loonies in FAIR vs. Rumsfeld should put an end to the colleges who attempt to bar military recruiters in violation of the Solomon Act. And thank you, Pres. Bush, for Chief Justice Roberts, who achieved a unanimous decision in that case.

That'd be nice. I had to seek out the Navy JAG recruiters myself.

The SCOTUS decision is only the first battle now the loons will try to block the recruiters with "peaceful protests" and or block folks from talking to the recruiters the same way. To end this DOJ will have to enforce and SCOTUS uphold the enforcement of US Code Title 18, Part I, Chapter 115, Section 2388 Activities affecting armed forces during war.
