I'm pretty sure no teacher in their right mind would slap a phone out of a student's hand. At my daughter's high school a guidance counselor prevented a teacher from giving food to a student who was having a hypoglycemic attack because school policy provides that only the school nurse can treat an ill student. Our schools are filled with bureaucrats who are unable to think for themselves.

I'm going to guess that the school nurse is only there part time, So if it's Tuesday, the student has to wait until he/she's back on Wednesday.
What do I win?
