POLLS, SCHMOLLS!
As I've stated MANY times before, current pollsters are using bogus polling samples and/or methodologies to MANUFACTURE highly partisan, agenda-driven results. Until they start polling REPRESENTATIVE samples of LIKELY VOTERS, we should ignore their polls and the (leftist) agendas they promote.
Three points relative to the MSM's recent spate of polling:
1.) The President's JA rating INCREASES as the Democrat advantage in the polling sample DECREASES!
2.) The President's JA rating continues to EXCEED the ratings for Congress. [The President should run from Congress not the other way around!]
3.) The President's LIKABILITY/PERSONAL APPROVAL RATING remains HIGH at approximately 60%! [Don't make the mistake of confusing JA ratings with popularity ratings -- the MSM makes this correlation purposely!]
SUMMARY OF POLLING RESULTS:
CBSNEWS (2/22-26/06)
34% approve 59% disapprove -- President Bush
28% approve 61% disapprove -- Congress
Sample: 40%D 27%R 33%I (Democrats +13)
AP/IPSOS REID (3/6-8/06)
37% approve 60% disapprove -- President Bush
31% approve 66% disapprove -- Congress
Likability (approve as person): 59% yes 40% no
Sample: 51%D 39%R (Democrats +12)
FOXNEWS/OPINION DYNAMICS (2/28-3/1/06)
39% approve 54% disapprove -- President Bush
NA
Sample: 43%D 33%R (Democrats +10)
ABCNEWS/WASHINGTON POST (3/2-5/06)
41% approve 58% disapprove -- President Bush
36% approve 62% disapprove -- Congress
Sample: 50%D 42%R (Democrats +8)
BATTLEGROUND POLL (February 2006)
46% approve 52% disapprove -- President Bush
37% approve 56% disapprove -- Congress
Personal approval: 60% approve 33% disapprove
Sample: 42%D 42%R (Democrats:Republicans EVEN)
Bottomline: The lower the Democrat advantage in the polling sample, the higher the President's JA rating!
34% (CBSNews -- Democrats +13)
37% (AP/Ipsos -- Democrats +12)
39% (FoxNews/OD -- Democrats +10)
41% (ABCNews/WP -- Democrats +8)
46% (Battleground -- Democrats even)
AMAZING THE DIFFERENCE A SAMPLE MAKES!!!!
QUESTION: DO YOU THINK FOR ONE SECOND DEMOCRATS AND THEIR MEDIA ENABLERS WOULD EVER ACCEPT POLLS THAT FEATURED SAMPLES WITH DOUBLE DIGIT ADVANTAGES FOR REPUBLICANS?! OF COURSE NOT, SO WHY SHOULD WE?!

Hello snugs! Hope all is well over your way.
I am glad you posted this...BUT
I saw Kellyanne Conaway on O'Reilly's show...hosted by Tony Snow tonight....and she was REALLY defensive about people saying that the President's numbers are skewed by overpolling of dems...she basically called that a bogus complaint...
Did you happen to see that??
