Some illegal aliens reportedly are coming in with "rented" children to ensure they won't be deported when caught but released into the United States.
The children are part of a "rent-a-family" ploy used by alien smugglers from countries other than Mexico to circumvent a new expedited-removal program for non-Mexican aliens, reports the Washington Times.
