Well, the only thing I could find was Chicago Fire having a Plan 1....

EMS Plan 1
5 Ambulances (ALS or BLS)
1 Engine
1 Truck
1 Battalion Chief
1 EMS Field Officer
1 Asst. Deputy Chief Paramedic

EMS Plan 2 (includes Plan 1 plus)
5 Additional Ambulances
1 Command Van
1 Deputy District Chief
1 EMS District Chief

EMS Plan 3 (includes Plan 2 plus)
5 Additional Ambulances
Resource Hospital Physician on Call

On each plan an additional 2 ambulances can be requested.

Virulent new strain of TB sparks alert

Snip: The strain, known as "extensively drug-resistant tuberculosis", or XDR-TB, has the potential to return TB treatment "to the pre-antibiotic era" in which the only treatment was cutting out parts of the lungs. Vallejo named hotspot for tb cases

Snippets: Vallejo is among the nation's top 20 tuberculosis "hot spots," and cases of the disease could explode if attention isn't paid to keeping it in check, experts say.

"TB is seen mostly in under-served populations, where there's poverty, and in immigrants from countries with high rates of the disease," said Ron Chapman, Solano County's public health director. "In Solano County, it's mostly from the Philippines, which has a very high rate of TB."

According to the latest statistics, California has 10 of the nation's top 20 metro areas for TB case rates. Besides Vallejo, these include San Francisco, San Jose, San Diego, Fresno, Los Angeles, Stockton, Sacramento, Ventura and Oakland.

4 Farms quarantined due to TB infected hogs

Snip: The quarantine includes two farms in Putnam County and one each in Logan and Greenbrier counties, agency spokesman Buddy Davidson said. Animals can't be moved on or off the premises until further notice.

The form of tuberculosis carried by the hogs is transmissible to humans through direct contact and through eating improperly cooked meat. Once contracted, the respiratory disease may cause lesions inside the lungs.
