Clinton reactor offline

Exelon Corp. worked to restore operations at its Clinton nuclear plant, which shut down unexpectedly with its second operational problem this month. "Clinton had an automatic shutdown" of its reactor at 4:53 a.m. Monday, said a spokesman for the Nuclear Regulatory Commission. Craig Nesbit, a spokesman for Chicago-based Exelon, said it was unclear when Clinton would resume generating electricity.
