The London Telegraph this morning reported portions of the Washington Post article which claims "The American Justice Department investigators have unearthed evidence that China funneled money to the Democratic Party during President Clinton's re-election campaign" and noted "The discovery that communist diplomats may have actively helped the Democrats significantly widens the campaign finance scandal which has blown up in Mr. Clinton's face since his triumph in November.
