All the pundits are bashing Bush for "not recognizing that this was an impossible deal" while totally ignoring that nine-tenths of the P&O ports in the deal are in other countries. All of those ports LOAD cargo that is shipped to the US.
When we go through airport security it is BEFORE we get on the plane.
DPW has been cooperating with the US in new screening procedures of cargo being put ON ships ever since the procedures were formulated in the wake of 9-11-01.
