Thanks. This is the same article on Yahoo. I seem to be the only one reading it differently, that is, DPW is NOT giving up, only establishing a US-based front company to act as a buffer in running the ports. They will still own the operations.
And I think that was TigersEye's take on it, too. I just quoted him a piece of the press release - who knows what is in the fine print?
