My vivid imagination can see this as a shakedown orchestrated by the Clintons.

Oppose the port deal, fine. But it is not a 'takeover.'

"It's American double standards. Do you think that businesses and governments here won't react and even retaliate?" said Wadah Al Taha of the National Bank of Abu Dhabi. Sounds like typical Arab blackmail to me. Now it seems we MUST give them these contracts or they will bee "humiliated" and "insulted" and will retaliate.
News flash: it is as impossible to truly insult an arab as it is to insult a dog.

They'll just keep the port terminals and shut them down. Why give them to the competition?
Interesting Comment,"He said the issue was likely to feature prominently in trade talks later this month between the United States and the UAE, a federation of seven emirates that includes Dubai."
The only thing they really offer us in terms of "trade" is use of military bases and 2 major military refueling stations. Ummmm, I wonder what he means?

Dubai Ports is pressing ahead with a takeover that gives it control of six major U.S. ports The American public and Congress says "ah ha" I knew they were taking over complete ports. The media has completely brain washed the public and Congress into believing a total falsehood.
The antis have defined the terminology falsely and the majority has bought into it.
