Funny to see this criticism coming from a country that has NO democracy, conducts forced abortions, kills its own citizens, occupies Tibet and Inner Mongolia, and....(think I'll stop here).

Oh come on... There is NO controversy over whether Inner Mongolia is Chinese or not. The creation of Inner and Outer Mongolia administrations was made under the Qing dynasty by Manchurian officials. China's capital Beijing (founded by Mongolians and proto-Manchurians) is 50 miles away from Inner Mongolia. During WWII, Inner Mongolia was briefly occupied by the Japanese, but so was Beijing and 1/3 of China. If Inner Mongolia is not Chinese, then Beijing is not Chinese. And that's ridiculous.

Chinese history is very complex, a superficial understanding like yours can be very misleading.

There is no "Inner Mongolian" nation as you think, nor was it linked to Outer Mongolia, it's merely an administration division of the old Qing Empire and had some Mongols in it, which lasted 300 years, with most of the conquering done by Manchurians.

During the 1920s, China had an opportunity to become a federation of independent states, not unlike today's EU. It would have divided China into 15-16 states, each with an average population of nearly 40 million, similar to modern Europe then. Tibet would be split in two: Tibet and Chamdo, "China Proper" (this is a modern concept, didn't exist then) would be split around 8 states, Manchuria split into 3 states, Mongolia into 2 (Inner and Outer). This idea was later scrapped and the Republic of China ended up inheriting the entire Qing Empire by 1928. Outer Mongolia declared independence with Soviet help in the 1930s to serve as a buffer state. And here we are. Modern China's territory was INHERITED, not conquered.

The English term "Chinese" is not limited to "China proper" (the concept of which again did not even exist until recently) but encompasses the population of the entire Qing Empire.

For example, workers are forced to pay up to 42 percent of their earnings to government.

Affirmative Action forces some people to be denied their rights over others.

American citizens are forced to feed, clothes and shelter citizens of other countries who come to the U.S. illegally.

American citizens are stopped and strip-searched at airports without probabal cause.

Property is seized from private owners to be given to other private individuals under cover of "emanate domain."

American citizens are forced to pay for the abortion of people they don't even know.

Wealthy people are not always treated the same under the laws that poor people receive.
