Crime is a product of human nature and in a free country there are more opportunites to practice those lower values. Our rates are higher than they should be because the Communist, like the people who run China, are working hard to lower our moral standards and interfer in our ability to fight crime.
These statistic games are meaningless. Who is to say that everyone involved here is going to honestly report their crime statistics in the first place?
