"Are folks aware of just how meticulously (Sen. John) McCain and his team are going about building their '08 campaign?
Wether he is beaten in the primaries again, or actually gets the nomination, there is no way in hell I am voting for the backstabber.

More ready for McCain than Hillary. To be honest, if I had to vote for Ted Kennedy to prevent Hillary from winning I would be votin for Ted.

If McCain doesn't get the nom, and goes indy,
a Democrat wins.
If McCain does get the nom, and loses,
a Democrat wins.
If McCain does get the nom, and wins,
a Democrat wins.

I'd vote Constitution Party before I voted for McCain.

Let McCain make a serious run at it, but defeat him in the primaries. The winner will inherit his momentum.

McCain says that while he has a good handle on foreign policy, he intends to learn more on domestic issues, including economics, tax policy and health care: "I'm going to have to be smarter on some issues than I am now."The guy has been a Senator for how many years and he doesn't have a grip on key domestic issues?

I just don't see myself voting for him if he wins the nomination. Yeah, he's pro-life and that matters but he's a disaster on immigration, etc. I'm tired of voting for people because they're a little bit better than the alternative. Maybe voting for a 3rd party candidate wouldn't do much good but there doesn't seem to be much difference between the Republicans and Democrats these days...
To: Arkinsaw
I agree. McCain is much better than Hillary. Duh.
