That's right. It's illegal to knowingly print classified information. I wonder how hard it would be to get a FISA warrant to monitor the NYT?
I wouldn't put much faith into FISA. I just came across a very interesting article posted here yesterday by 'Sweetjutusnow', which gives the history of FISA, it is quite eye-opening to read the entire article. It seems it didn't receive much attention, but I would consider it a "must read" for everyone.
