The inside source that revealed this info wanted it to be printed. If the NYT reporter didn't run the story, the inside man would go to another reporter with an "incredible" opportunity. THe blame must be put on the source not the reporter.
The blame goes to both if it's classified info. I don't buy the thing about someone else printing it.
