Sounds like one heck of a sharp cookie to me. Maybe he can still outsmart the "smartest woman in the world", 'cause it looks like he outsmarted her old man a few years ago, doesn't it?

Now-Sen. Clinton, D-N.Y., in particular took bitter exception to Kavanaugh's investigatory tactics, which she viewed as a partisan witch hunt meant to destroy her and her husband. Hmmm. The plot thickens. My earlier research gave me a feeling that Kavanaugh was working to limit the public disclosure of damaging information, specifically relating to Monica and to Vince Foster.

I am disinclined to fight FOR Kavanaugh's nomination. I am interested to see how Specter and Frist manage the handful of Circuit Court nominations (10) now on the plate.
