Yeah, Rumsfeld has a real entertaining way of talking. Last week, he referred to the sectarian violence in Iraq as "a lot of tugging, hauling, and politicking." Then he said something like, "Is Iraq a pretty picture wrapped in crepe paper? No not yet, but they've made a lot of progress." What other Sec Def ever used the term "crepe paper" in a congressional hearing? He has a knack for comedy.
