I just interviewed at a college town w/o a Trader Joes but w/a big Wally World. Not everywhere has choice when it comes to organic foods. Personally, a lot of food coops look like dumps and the prices are way too high. I'd at least take a look at what WalMart offered if I take a job in that town.
Can do w/o the 20 lbs of tofu though, can hardly get through 1 lb on my own. : )
