The inner burbs (adjoining Chi) are changing to black and Hispanic. the 'outer burbs' are mostly white.

Nope. There was an article in one of the Chi papers a few days ago. Hispanics are #1, then blacks.

• Blacks have pretty much stayed in their old neighborhoods, but the hisapnics Mexicans have litterly invaded most of the once middle class white neighborhoods. Especially on the SW side of the city. And most of those are illegals.
• Its so bad in some areas that illegals; are ALLOWED to vote for the local school councils as there aren't enough U.S. Citizens.

Not entirely true. The North Shore suburbs ("inner suburbia") are as affluent and exclusive as ever. Same with Naperville and the older western suburbs not immediately adjoining Chicago. The "white trash" areas like Marquette Park and Cicero changed at least 20 years ago, if not more.
