You got that right. Evidence tampering is a felony with possible felony obstruction of justice charges. Same laws here in Texas.
Well that gem wasn't from my ccw instructor. No, the lady at the Drivers license bureau sharped that tip. She was a California transplant to Misouri and had taken a ccw class somewhere near San Diego.
