H-1B applicants falsify job experience and education

No, why would that do it? It is American workers who lack education and experience. That is why American workers have to train their replacement.

Why should Americans go into those fields when the president tells us that it is a good thing those jobs are going overseas?

I've seen the abuse of the H1B program.

It is a good program when administered as it was intended.

However, politicians and less than honest companies are using the H1B to usurp immigration law.

Personally I would like to see a slow down, not a speed up in the issuance of non visitors visas.
