I didn't say anything about imposing fines. I just think an @sshole who shows that kind of disregard for motor vehicle laws has no business being on the road.

It's pretty pathetic when you're a gainfully employed chemical technician in Texas and you find yourself facing a string of violations that one would normally associate with illegal aliens who've been in this country for about 17 minutes.
