Doesn't picking up babies, hauling basketsful of laundry up the stairs, and shoveling count? An hour twice a week? I wish I had that energy after I get done with all the housework.
A funny thing happened on the way to the gym.
Treadmills don't seem to work.
That dude scares me.
They didn't state whether these were sedentary women to begin with. they would make more improvements than already active women who are heavy. What do they do with women who are reasonably active but still can't shake the weight? They act like the whole solution to overweight is simply more acitvity and I know many heavy people who exercise and diet regularly and still are overweight.

I agree even as a guy.
You can't just do a bike ride or run, you need to activate the whole body and weights is one of the best ways to do that.
Not stuffing the face is also a big help.
