I've seen better in 4-H.

LOL!! I know I saw cuter ones in my home-ec class back in the dark ages of the 60's! Is Hoffman's wife pregnant? That might explain the poofiness of the front of the dress, and it might look nice if it were calf length, but the knee length just doesn't work.
