These are not heads - not heads at all. In full accordance with the notions of quantum symmetry, if one was to flip these people 180 degrees around any horizontal axis, nobody, not even the flipped people themselves, would be able to notice any difference. Therefore the things you figuratively called "heads" are in reality not heads at all, but completely different, and even in a sense opposite, parts of their anatomy.
