The SoS has vast experience with the Soviet Union and Russia, as well as a vast intelelct and education. Who would beleive foreigners, and paranoids over her?

Sorry to hear this. I have not heard about this before. I suppose no need to check this out further. If true, this sounds quite bad to me.

Something I will look into. You're welcome to provide some references here if you have any. I am familiar with their exports to China but not aware of this wider policy you refer to (know I am aware that, in general, they are a big arms exporter). Specifically, I've heard nothing about exports to Russia.
