the problem is not lack of cars or credit cards... it is the lack of BRAIN POWER and responsibility over one's own life and destiny....
not to mention the lack of brain power from Nagin and Blanco....pure idiots....
That fear was well justified but it cost people their lives. Tragedy compounded by the corruption of the powers that be in Louisiana.
