She's playing right into Osama's hands, and undermining our troops in Afghanistan and Iraq, WHY stay in Iraq if they are just going to turn against us?

What line has to be crossed before the politicians will speak out as to who the enemy really is? That goes for the media too.
I realize that some will never admit it. They think that all people think like they do, they just need a chance. Those that are that willingly ignorant can never be convinced.
But what about the majority of westerners? Where is the point where it's too late to recognize the true enemy? They have declared war on us in mosques for years, yet our leaders in the west either deny it or call the enemy some bunch of lunatics (the minority, of course) who've hijacked their Religion of Peace.
Well, if it is just a minority, then the majority, by their silence, is condoning what is happening.
The author of this article is just saying what should be quite obvious.

We must listen to the Muslims and try to understand them. For, their hearts and in the right place and they mean good.
