What did Putin do, ring up Air Force One?

FWIW, Macleans seems to be a longstanding Canadian news magazine.

Mandrake: Colonel...that Coca Cola machine. I want you to shoot the lock off it. There may be some change in there. Guano: That's private property.

Mandrake: Colonel! Can you possibly imagine what is going to happen to you, your frame outlook way of life and everything, when they learn that you have obstructed a telephone call to the President of the United States? Can you imagine?! Shoot it off! Shoot! With a gun! That's what the bullets are for you twit!!

Guano: Okay. I'm gonna get your money for ya. But if you don't get the President of the United States on that phone, you know what's gonna happen to you?

Mandrake: What?!

Guano: You're gonna have to answer to the Coca Cola company.

That little, unimportant, unsupported, irrelevant, deal with India (a democracy) seems to have upset more than our Commies in Congress.

Moscow hosted both the top Iranian nuclear negotiator and a high-level delegation from Hamas this past week...

We need a unified global front against terrorism. Putin will muck that up as he struggles with his small stature problem.

Putin is like the proverbial career criminal. Only through wrongdoing can he gain prominence.

Putin cuddles an anti-Isarael axis of evil; Putin becomes a big man in global politics; all of this on the backs of the innocent murdered by suicide bombers and threatened by Mahmud.
