I wish I'd bought six of those Ishapore Enfields instead of just one when Navy Arms had a literal boatload of 'em.

$110 for a never fired 7.62 NATO rifle which came complete with a ten round mag and all the cosmoline you could want. I picked up a 'sporter' style stock from some outfit in Arkansas I think, dunked the whole mess in Simple Green, soaked it for a day or two, and then elbow greased the hell out of it.

It turned into a right nice shooter. I topped it off with a mount I found someplace else on the 'net and a crappy Tasco scope.

I can ring cast iron skillets out to 400 yards or so with it. Not bad for a total investment of less than $250.00. Not bad at all.

Like I said; wish I'd bought six of 'em.
