NBC's bigwigs are defending him, so he's not going anywhere anytime soon.
I didn't think he'd get ripped by NBC, and he should not. He was just being foolish.............. at the wrong time.

Do you think they would be defending him if they thought for one moment that he was intoxicated or otherwise incapacitated while on a presidential trip? And further, he checked in with the I-Man while in that state?
Reporters and Journalists from the other news services in the pool would eat NBC alive. These people are friends but they are also very competitive.
