You can go to a clinic or hospital and pay 100's of dollars for them to "induce" an abortion, but if you do it yourself it is illegal??? --Risk is too great that could-have-been-mother will hurt someone other than her unborn if she self-induces.

I'm surprised she wasn't charged for practicing medicine without a license; however, the state board probably made up in the ER what they lost out on in the abortuary.
