I like how when they talk about Blanco, they talk about the "hectic, confused time", while when they talk about Bush they act to dismiss the claim of the "fog of war" claims.

In regards to Blanco, this lady didn't make the right decisions in the time of crisis. It appears she went against Bush in not supporting and administering as dicatated by procedures in place, the evacuation.
