Just getting a blank khaki screen. Maybe foreign nationals (like me) are shut out - which would make sense for prevention of DOS attacks. Or of course it's not up yet.
That's odd cousin! We are on the same side in this. It does take a loooooong time to come up even here on a cable modem though.
